          FOD BOSA DG DT grants to you and you accept, subject to the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement (the “EULA”), a perpetual, limited, non-transferable, nonexclusive and non-assignable license to use the software application “BeIDConnect” (the “Software”), without right of sublicense, commencing upon the download of the Software. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. Except for the limited license granted in this EULA, BOSA shall retain all right, title and interest in the Software and all proprietary rights thereto.
